I am getting an error while starting Windows 98
While initialinzing PTVCD, Window protection error occured. You must restart your computer.
Every time I restart my computer I get the same error message, it does not allow me to go any farther.
My cd rom is making louder than usual noise, not sure if this is a sign that it is going bad. The drive door also gets stuck and will not open once in a while.
