I recently built a pc to connect to my entertainment center to stream web radio stations through my stereo. The pc is a micro atx design, and the case will only accept slimline cdrom drives. I have searched in vain for the past couple of weeks to locate an appropriate drive, but havn't had any luck...Where can I go to purchase a slim cdrom drive (same type that are used in servers) to put in this pc? I'd like a black drive, if at all possible. Every drive that I have found has had the notebook style connector on the back. Can I buy a notebook cdrom, and then purchase some kind of convertor to allow it to connect to a standard pc IDE cable? If so, where would I find this convertor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
