I have a video DLed (downloaded) from WinMx that I would like on VHS. Is there any possible way I can tape the video from my computer to a VHS tape?

You need to have a video card that has a video out. I use the Radeon 7500. I have the option of using s-video or composite. If you use composite, make sure you use an audio patch cable as well.
