iwant to know if there is any program can help to recvore the data on crach hrad drive

As long as the harddrive is not working, no program will help you. The only way to get any info off of ot is to have a data recoverey place get the ifo off for you. However, unless this info is very important it isn't worht it. It is expensive to have info recovered.
