problem with msconfig

I go to star>run>msconfig And I go to the start up files, I unclick a program, hit ok, and restart my computer. But it still starts up when my computer loads. Ive done this a number of times and it continues to start back up...and I just have no idea. my contacts are at the bottom, if you think you can help me

What program continues to start up after you reboot? There could be a number of places that programs could load up when you boot.
One is Start/Programs/Startup.
