My Computer is on the fritz!!! All over the screen are these dots and blue streaks, everything is HUGE (640x400 is the resolution I think) and my computer won't let me change it!!! I try to get into display, and it says a dll file is missing or something like that! So I can't change that for some reason. Also, the colors on the screen are really messed up, and for some reason the minimize, close and maximize buttons are REALLY small, so it's hard to click on em.

I was thinking this might be some kind of a virus, but I run Norton Virus Check and nothing comes up! Help me! I just want to play my games!!!

It's not a virus. Try reinstalling the drivers for your video. What's the name of the dll file? Just wondering. What operating system do you have? Check your device manager is the system applet in the control panel. Check under your video to see if there are any problems. It may show something there. Hope this gets you started.

My OS is Windows 98, and the dll thing says this:

"Cannot find file C:\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe (or one of it's components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

So, for some reason I can't acess any of that crap. It's reeeeally frustrating.

Try this, it won't hurt to do it anyways. Get to a command prompt and type Scanreg/fix. This will run the registry checker. Either by way of the Start Menu/Accessories menu, or by booting direcly into MS-DOS Mode when you reboot your PC.
If your hard drive hasn't had a scandisk in a while, do one. Strange things can happen if scandisk hasn't been run a while. Hope this helps. Perhaps someone else will come up with some suggestions also.

hmm...I think your graphic driver have a problem,
try to identify what type of your graphic card, & try to reinstall your graphic card driver...
maybe some of your graphic file is corrupt or missing,
its not a virus problem, coz sometime i have a same problem to,
what I do is just scan disk & restart my pc & after that everything ok.....
